How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns within 30 days for any defective or warped records. However, once the factory seal is broken, we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' reasons due to the collectible nature of the product.
Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?
Vinyl Legend stocks a curated mix of both. Each product page clearly labels whether a record is a 'Vintage Original' or a 'Modern Remaster' so you know exactly what you are adding to your collection.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your music sooner.
