At Vinyl Legend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the vinyl records in their original anti-static sleeves and use the original reinforced mailer to prevent warping or cracking during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the grooves and sleeve condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
